Crew

Turn features on and off

Use Modules to show only the parts of the app your organization actually uses.

Switch a module

  1. In Stage Management, open Modules under Settings. On a phone, tap More to find it.
  2. Flip the switch next to a module.

The change applies to everyone right away. Turning a module off hides it from crew and stage managers. Its records are kept, so turning it back on brings everything back.

Crew, shows, the calendar, and the audit log are always on.

What each module does

  • Build hours: Build Days, QR clock-in, hour approvals, and required hours. Every plan.
  • Leaderboard: crew rankings by approved hours and assembly attendance. Every plan.
  • Messaging: channels, live chat, and announcements crew sign, with optional direct messages on Program and up. Every plan. Turning it on asks you to confirm your rules allow it.
  • Shifts & rentals: shifts crew claim or are assigned to, and rental signups. Program and up.
  • Assemblies: semester assemblies with signups and check-in. Program and up.
  • Calls: call times with QR check-in and late tracking. Program and up.
  • Show tasks: task lists crew can check off. Program and up.
  • Training courses: safety courses, quizzes, and sign-offs. Pro and up.
  • CNC files: cut files and instructions for administrators. Pro and up.

Modules you can’t switch on

  • Not in your plan lists modules that come with a bigger plan, tagged with the plan that includes them.
  • Not included for your organization lists modules the platform administrator has held back. Ask them to add it.

If you move to a smaller plan, modules outside it are hidden, not deleted.
