Set up the leaderboard
Choose whether crew appear on the leaderboard unless they hide, or only once they join, and how many people it shows.
Open the settings
- In Stage Management, open General under Settings. On a phone, tap More to find it.
- Find the Leaderboard card. It’s only there while the leaderboard module is on.
Choose who appears
- Everyone is shown: everyone is on the leaderboard, and crew can hide themselves in Settings.
- Only crew who join: crew are hidden until they turn on Show me on the leaderboard in Settings.
Anyone who already chose to show or hide keeps their choice when you switch. Your setting only decides for people who haven’t chosen.
Choose how many to show
- Under How many to show, pick Everyone, Top 3, Top 5, Top 10, or Top 25.
- Choose Save leaderboard settings. Crew see the change the next time they open the leaderboard.
People tied at the cut are all shown. Crew who are hidden or below the cut still see their own rank, and nobody else does.
Only administrators can change these settings. Each change is recorded in the Audit log.
