See your call time and check in
Find your call for a rehearsal or performance, check in when you arrive, and tell Stage Management ahead of time if you can’t make it.
Program and upFind your call
Your call is the time you’re expected, and it can differ from the start of the event. It can be set for everyone on the show, your department, your position, or just you.
- On Home, Your next call shows your next one with its date, place, and Your call time.
- On the Calendar tab, events you’re called for show your call time. Tap one to see the details.
When Stage Management changes your call and chooses to let people know, you get a notification in the app, and by email unless you turned Call changes email off. You also get reminders before your call. Your call on the Calendar is always the current one, so check it there.
Check in at call
- When you arrive, scan the check-in QR code with your phone’s camera. If your organization tracks Build Hours, you can also use Scan crew QR on Home.
- You’ll see You’re checked in, and whether you were on time or how many minutes late.
Check-in opens an hour before the first call and closes when the event ends. After a few minutes past your call, you count as late. Your call card says how many.
Mark a conflict
If you can’t make your call, tell Stage Management before it starts.
- Open your call from Home or the Calendar tab.
- Tap I have a conflict.
- Under Why can’t you make it?, say briefly why, like “Dentist until 6, can be there by 6:30.”
- Tap Tell Stage Management.
Your call shows Excused with your note. If plans change, tap I can make it after all.
You can only mark or remove a conflict before your call time. After that, talk to your stage manager directly.
