Add your schedule to your phone’s calendar
Subscribe to a private calendar link that stays up to date in Google, Apple, or Outlook, or download events once.
Create a calendar link
- Open the Calendar tab and tap Sync to my calendar.
- Under Automatic calendars, pick what you want. My schedule has everything that’s yours. Depending on what your organization uses, you can also choose My calls, My signed-up shifts, Assemblies & rentals, or one of your shows.
- Tap Create calendar link on that choice.
Each link updates on its own when events are added, changed, or removed.
Add it to your calendar app
- Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, or Mac): tap Subscribe and confirm in the Calendar app.
- Google Calendar: tap Copy link. Then open Google Calendar on a computer, add a calendar from a URL, and paste the link. It then shows up on your phone too.
- Outlook: tap Copy link, then subscribe to a calendar from the web in Outlook and paste the link.
Calendar apps check for updates on their own schedule, so a change can take a while to show up.
Set a reminder
Each link has a Reminder menu. Choose a time like 1 hour before or 1 day before, and your calendar app will remind you. It picks up the change the next time it refreshes.
Keep your link private
Anyone with the link can see that calendar. If you shared it by mistake, tap Turn off, then create a new link.
Download events once
If you’d rather not subscribe, you can download a calendar file (.ics) that doesn’t update.
- In Sync to my calendar, scroll to One-time download.
- Choose Everything, My schedule, or Selected events, and tick the events you want.
- Tap the Download button and open the file to add the events to your calendar.
For a single event, tap it on the Calendar tab and tap Add this event to my calendar.
