Check off your tasks

Find your tasks

The Tasks tab appears once you have a task. On a phone, it may be under More.

• From Stage Management lists tasks for your shows, with the show name and due date.
• From your Build Days lists checklists for Build Days you’ve clocked in to.

Task due dates also show up on the Calendar tab.

Mark a task done

1. Tap the circle next to the task. It gets a check mark.
2. Tapped it by mistake? Tap it again to reopen the task.

Use the Build Day checklist

While you’re clocked in to a Build Day, Home shows Tasks for this Build Day right under the timer.

Everyone at that Build Day shares the list, so when someone checks off a task it shows who did it.
