Crew

Sign off hands-on training

See who’s passed each safety course, sign crew off after you watch them, and keep certifications current.

Pro and up

See where everyone stands

  1. Go to Training and pick a course from Courses. Each shows how many crew are certified and how many are waiting for sign-off. On a phone, Training may be under More.
  2. Use the filters to narrow the list: All, Sign-off, Not done, or Certified.

Each person shows as Not started, Not passed yet, Needs sign-off, Certified, Expires soon, or Expired, with their best quiz score and number of tries.

See everyone’s training at once

  1. Go to Training and choose Crew matrix. Each row is a person and each column a course, with required courses first. Each column head shows how many are certified.
  2. Pick a show to see only its crew, or leave it on All shows.
  3. Choose Needs attention to see only people with something to act on: a certification that’s expired or expiring soon, a course waiting for your sign-off, or a required course they haven’t started.
  4. Tap a cell to open that course on Courses with the person’s row in view, ready to sign off or renew.

Each cell shows the same status the person sees in their own Training tab, with the date it expires. Stage managers see crew on the shows they manage.

Sign someone off

  1. Choose the Sign-off filter to see who has passed the quiz and is waiting on you.
  2. Watch them use the tool safely.
  3. Choose Sign off on their row. They’re certified right away.

For crew trained before you started using the app, you can sign them off without the quiz. On a course with no hands-on part, the button reads Mark complete.

Stage managers can sign off crew on the shows they manage, but not themselves. Someone else has to sign you off.

Renew or take back a certification

  • When a certification has expired, choose Renew after they’ve shown you they still know the tool.
  • Choose Revoke to take a certification back. They’ll have to pass the course again.
