Take a training course

Start a course

The Training tab appears once your organization publishes a course. If you have required courses to finish, Home shows Finish your safety training. Tap Start → to go there.

1. Open the Training tab. On a phone, it may be under More.
2. Tap a course. Required courses are marked.
3. Read each lesson and tap Next lesson. If a lesson has a video, tap ▶ Watch the video.
4. On the last lesson, tap Take the quiz. If the course has no quiz, tap I’ve read this instead.

Pass the quiz

1. Answer every question. You can’t submit with any left blank.
2. Tap Submit answers.
3. You’ll see your score and Passed or Not passed. The course says what score you need.

Didn’t pass? Tap Review lessons to read them again, or Try the quiz again. The questions you missed are marked.

Get signed off

Some courses have a hands-on check. After you pass the quiz, the course says Needs sign-off.

Ask Stage Management to watch you use the tool. Once they sign you off, the course says Certified.

Renew a certification

Some certifications only last a set time. The course shows Good until with the date, and the date also shows on the Calendar tab.

• Expires soon means you have 30 days or less.
• Expired means it’s run out.

To renew, open the course and pass the quiz again.

If a hands-on course has already expired, you’ll need a new sign-off after you pass the quiz.
