Find the reports

Open Reports in the menu. It appears once a show you’re on has a published report. On a phone, it may be under More.

The newest report is open at the top. Choose any other report to read it. If you’re on more than one show, pick one to narrow the list.

Reports from a performance carry a Performance tag. They show the run times (when the show went up, each act, intermissions, and the running time), any holds or late start, incidents, and a count of who was there.

Your department’s notes

If Stage Management put you in a department, reports with notes for it are marked Notes for you, and those notes are highlighted with Your department. You also get a notification when the report is published, in the app and by email unless you turned Reports email off.

You only see reports for shows you’re on, and only once they’re published.
