Brand your organization

What your plan includes

• Program: your organization’s name and logo.
• Pro: adds your own accent and background colors.
• Enterprise: adds white label and your own domain.

Add your logo

1. In Stage Management, open Branding under Settings. On a phone, tap More to find it.
2. In the Logo card, choose Upload logo.
3. Pick a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image.

Your logo shows in the sidebar, on the sign-in screen, as the browser tab icon, and on printed QR codes. A square PNG with a transparent background looks best. Without a logo, the first letter of your name is used.

Choose Replace logo to swap it, or Remove to go back to the letter.

Rename your organization

1. Edit the Organization name field.
2. Choose Save branding.

The new name shows everywhere. Your web address doesn’t change.

Pick your colors

1. Try one of the Color presets, or set your own Accent and Background.
2. Watch the whole page change as you go. Nothing is saved yet.
3. Choose Save branding to keep it, or Discard changes to go back.

The accent colors buttons, highlights, and active tabs. The background tints pages and cards. In dark mode the background is the page color, so pick a dark one.

Under your colors, a Light and a Dark preview show a button, a link, and a tag the way crew will see them in each mode. If your accent is too light or too dark for text to stay easy to read, it’s nudged a little and Adjusted for readability tells you how, for one mode or both.

Colors are adjusted so text stays readable in both light and dark mode. They need the Pro plan.

White label

On the Enterprise plan, white label is on automatically. The platform’s name comes off your sign-in screen, so crew only see yours. Pair it with your own domain for a site that’s entirely your organization’s.
