Clock crew in for extra sessions
Show a short-lived QR code so crew can clock in for work that isn’t on the Build Day schedule.
Create an Additional Hours code
- Go to Build Days and choose Additional Hours QR.
- Pick the Show the work is for. Change the Activity and Location if you like.
- Under Code works for, choose how long crew can scan it, from 30 minutes up to 8 hours.
- Choose Create QR code and hold up your screen for crew to scan.
Only crew assigned to that show can clock in with it. Everyone who scans is grouped into one Additional Hours session, which shows up on the Build Days page.
Bring the code back up
While a code is still active, the button reads Show Additional Hours QR. Choose it to open the same code again.
End the session
- Open the code with Show Additional Hours QR.
- Choose End QR code now.
The session moves to Past Build Days when you end it or when the code runs out. Once it has, choose Create a new code if you need another.
Ending the code only stops new scans. Anyone already clocked in still needs to clock out.
