See who’s short on hours
Find everyone who hasn’t met their hours requirement on a show, and download or email the list.
Open hours progress
Go to Hours progress. Each row is one person on one show: their approved hours on that show against the hours their hours requirement there asks for. Hours logged to another show don’t count toward it.
- Short on hours counts who hasn’t met their requirement, and how many hours they still need together.
- Waiting on approval counts people who are short only because their hours haven’t been approved yet. Approve them in Approvals.
- Stage managers see the shows they’re on. Admins see every show, plus crew who aren’t on any show.
Get the list
- Pick a show, or leave All shows, and keep Short selected.
- Choose Copy emails of who’s short to paste them into an email, or ↓ Download who’s short for a spreadsheet.
Set each person’s hours requirement in Shows & crews.
