Check your hours and progress
See your approved and pending Build Hours and how close you are to what your organization requires.
See your hours
- Open the Hours tab. On Home, you can also tap the Approved Build Hours card.
- The top card shows your approved hours out of your required total, with a progress bar.
- Below it, Build Hours history lists every entry with its date, activity, time, and status.
Understand approved and pending
- Pending: you clocked out and it’s waiting for Stage Management to review.
- Approved: it counts toward your total.
- Rejected: it doesn’t count. Ask your stage manager if you aren’t sure why.
Only approved hours count toward your requirement. Waiting for approval on Home shows how many hours are still pending.
Track your required hours
Your required hours come from the shows you’re assigned to and your hours requirement on each one. The Hours tab shows a card for each show with your position and department, like Board Op · Lights (or your hours requirement until you have a position), your approved hours, the hours it requires, and how many are pending.
On Home, Your requirements shows the same thing for each show, plus assemblies for each semester if your organization uses them. When you’ve met your total, the Approved Build Hours card on Home says Requirement complete.
If you see No assignments yet, Stage Management hasn’t added you to a show. Your hours are split by show once they do.
Download an hours statement
- Open the Hours tab and tap Download statement.
- Pick the dates under From and To. They start on your current semester, or January 1 to today if you aren’t in one.
- Check the totals it shows, then tap Download PDF or Download CSV.
Approved hours are totaled. Pending hours are listed separately and aren’t counted yet. Rejected hours aren’t included.
Notes from Stage Management
When Stage Management approves or rejects an entry with a reason, it shows under the entry in Build Hours history as Note from Stage Management. On Home, Recent hours marks those entries with a Note tag.
Entries marked Auto-closed
An entry marked Auto-closed is one you didn’t clock out of, so the app ended it at the Build Day’s scheduled end. It stays pending until Stage Management reviews it, and they may change the end time. If you left at a different time, tap Request an edit.
See the leaderboard
If your organization uses the leaderboard, open the Leaderboard tab. On a phone, it’s usually under More.
- Build Hours ranks crew on each show you’re part of by approved hours. Turn on Include Management & admins to add them to the ranking.
- Assemblies ranks everyone by approved assembly attendance.
- Your own row is marked You.
- Your organization may show only the top few, or only crew who choose to appear. If you’re hidden or below the cut, your rank appears under Only you can see this, and nobody else sees it.
