Read the audit log
See who changed hours, attendance, and events, and when.
Open the log
- In Stage Management, open Audit log under Settings. On a phone, tap More to find it.
- It shows your latest 250 changes. Choose ↻ Refresh to update it.
The newest changes are at the top. Each row shows the Change, who made it (By), When, and a Detail, like the hours involved. If the change was to someone else’s record, their name shows as Affected.
What’s recorded
- Build Hours entries added, edited, approved, rejected, or removed, and correction requests.
- Clock-outs and adjusted clock-in times.
- Shift and assembly signups, assignments, QR scans, and approvals.
- Events created, changed, or removed.
- Call check-ins and conflicts.
- Training courses and sign-offs, and CNC file changes.
- People who joined with your email domain.
- Plan changes, and times the platform administrator signed in to help.
Account and settings changes, like adding crew, archiving, or changing branding, aren’t in the audit log.
How far back it goes
- Starter: the last 30 days.
- Program: the last year.
- Pro and Enterprise: your full history.
Older entries are kept, just not shown, so upgrading brings them back into view.
Who can see it
